Abuse, complaints & escalation

Reporting abuse

To report abuse, such as phishing or spam, please email abuse@whatever.uk with the relevant details. We will begin investigating your report immediately.

Service complaints

To make a complaint about our service, please email complaints@whatever.uk. We will respond within one working day and aim to resolve any issues within five working days.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you can escalate your complaint to a manager or director by emailing escalations@whatever.uk.

You can also submit a formal complaint about a registrar to Nominet, the .uk domain registry. For more information, visit www.nominet.org.uk.

Renewals

We will renew your .uk domain names on your behalf while you have a valid Service Agreement with us.

The fees for .uk domain name renewal and management are included in your service plan. There is no separate charge for these services.

Cancellation of domain names

We will cancel your domain name five working days after you terminate your Service Agreement with us.

We will notify you in writing of the exact cancellation date.
